Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the PUSH! mobile game ("PUSH!", "the game") made by T-interactive ("we", "us") handles, why, and the choices you have. We built PUSH! to collect as little as possible: there are no ads, no analytics, and no tracking across apps and websites.
1. Information stored on your device
Your game progress – level, experience, trophies, coins and gems, owned characters and their levels, chosen color, daily missions and settings (sound, camera shake) – is saved only on your device. It is not sent to us. Deleting the app deletes this data.
2. Online play
When you choose an online battle, the game uses Unity Gaming Services (Unity Technologies) to connect players:
| Data | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|
| Anonymous player ID (created automatically, not linked to your name, email or phone number) | Joining a match and keeping you connected | Kept by Unity while the ID is in use; deleted on request (see section 6) |
| IP address and network connection data | Relaying game traffic between players in a match | Only for the duration of the connection, per Unity's policy |
| In-match game data (your character, level, color, position and actions) | Showing the match to the other players in it | Not stored after the match |
Opponents in a match see your character, color and in-game name. There is no chat and no way to send messages to other players.
3. Game settings from our server
At start-up the game downloads balance settings (for example rewards and character stats) from Unity Remote Config. This request includes the anonymous player ID, the app version and the platform (iOS or Android). It is used only to deliver the right settings.
4. Sharing a result
If you tap SHARE, the game opens your device's share sheet with your result. Nothing is shared unless you choose an app and confirm. On iPhone you may be asked for permission to save the image to Photos.
4a. In-app purchases
PUSH! is free to play and offers optional purchases of gems, coins and a starter pack. Payments are handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their own terms and privacy policies; we never see or store your payment card or billing details. The store gives the game an order ID and the product you bought, which the game keeps on your device so the same purchase is never credited twice. Purchases can be restricted with your device's parental controls (Google Family Link, Screen Time).
4b. Player name and player directory
On first launch you choose a player name (a nickname; we suggest a random one such as "SwiftFalcon482" - please don't use your real name). Other players in your online match see it above your fighter, in the match intro, on the results and next to the emotes you send. Emotes are a fixed set of icons and short phrases; there is no free chat.
To run and support the game, the app sends us a small player record when the lobby opens and after battles: a random ID created for this installation, the anonymous online ID (if you have played online), your player name, platform (iPhone or Android), app version, and game progress (trophies, level, battles, wins, coins, gems and selected hero). It is stored by our hosting provider (Vercel) and used only to operate the game, investigate problems and keep player names appropriate. It is never sold or used for advertising. Uninstalling the app stops it; to have the record deleted, follow the steps on our data deletion page.
5. What we do not do
We do not sell or rent personal information, show advertising, use advertising IDs, track you across other companies' apps or websites, or collect your real name, email, contacts, location, photos, microphone or camera.
6. Your choices and deleting your data
You can play offline (Practice) without any network connection. To delete everything stored on your device, uninstall the app. To delete the anonymous online ID kept by Unity Gaming Services, follow the steps on our data deletion page.
7. Children
PUSH! is a family-friendly game with cartoon action and no chat or ads. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Service provider
Online play and settings are provided by Unity Technologies (Unity Gaming Services). Their privacy policy: unity.com/legal/privacy-policy.
9. Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date above. Significant changes will also be noted in the game's update notes.
