By downloading or playing PUSH! you agree to these terms.
1. The game
PUSH! is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Coins, gems, trophies and characters are in-game items with no real-world value; they cannot be bought with or exchanged for money.
2. Fair play
Do not cheat, use modified versions of the game, exploit bugs to gain an advantage, or disrupt other players' matches. We may block access to online play for accounts that do.
3. Availability
Online play depends on internet connections and third-party services and may be unavailable at times. We may update, change or retire features, characters and settings.
3a. Virtual items and purchases
Gems, coins, characters and other in-game items are a limited licence to use them in PUSH! only. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred. Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, and refunds follow their policies and the consumer law that applies to you. Items are stored on your device, so uninstalling the game removes them.
4. Ownership
The game, its art, characters, music and code belong to T-interactive or its licensors. Some art assets are used under license from their creators.
5. Disclaimer
The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, T-interactive is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the game.
